Our lawyers

Dr. Tivadar Hüttl

Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of representing clients in numerous high-profile constitutional cases, driven by a commitment to achieving just outcomes. I am a steadfast defender of the rule of law—an ideal that the government overlooks daily, leaving citizens and businesses vulnerable to state overreach. My dedication to a strong work ethic ensures that each client receives focused, diligent representation, tailored to uphold their rights at every step.

I have extensive experience in representing clients before the Constitutional Court and at the European level. With a Master’s degree from Cambridge University, I bring a solid academic basis to every case I handle. I regularly publish academic papers and I frequently speak at international conferences. Clients value me most for my approachability and my ability to provide clear-cut and straightforward advice, even in the most complex situations.

Dr. Noémi Fanni Molnár

As a lawyer I have been engaged in legal advocacy, focusing on legal analysis and litigation for ten years. Before being admitted to the bar in 2021, I studied law and criminology at ELTE and sociology at Corvinus University. I obtained an LLM in comparative constitutional law from Central European University. Currently, I am a PhD candidate at the Center for Theory of Law and Society at ELTE. My research interests include legal advocacy and strategic litigation. Alongside my work, I frequently give lectures and publish on fundamental rights issues.

When practicing law, I strive to ensure that justice is not merely an abstract concept but a tangible value present in everyday life. I believe that a lawyer can represent their client most effectively when the lawyer-client relationship is based on straightforward communication and mutual trust. My responsibility is to help clients to find the legal path best suited to their goals, while carefully assessing its risks and potential outcomes.

Dr. Márk Pető

I bring over two decades of experience as an attorney. I earned my law degree from ELTE University in Budapest in 1998, followed by LLM degrees in Comparative Constitutional Law from the Central European University and Intellectual Property Law from the Cardozo School of Law in New York. Licensed to practice law in both New York and Hungary, I began my career in the United States before returning to Hungary. Since then, I have worked with prominent international and major domestic law firms, as well as in solo practice.

My practice combines expertise in business law with a commitment to human rights advocacy. In my corporate work, I handle contracts, tort litigation, property disputes, and matters involving intellectual property and e-commerce law. In my human rights practice, I have litigated cases involving press freedom, defamation, and privacy rights, and have represented clients in several landmark cases concerning the liability of public bodies for privacy rights infringements. In 2011, I was honored with the Pro Bono Attorney of the Year award by the Hungarian Bar Association for my contributions to public interest law.
